Before you get started, we recommend the following plan of action:

1) Review the Feasibility Summary Template and Video

You should carefully review the Feasibility Summary (PDF) as soon as possible and watch the Teaching Video  - Polsky Center XP Presentation. This information will guide you as to how you should focus your time and efforts before December 5.

2) Vet Your Idea

Remember that a successful business is 5% idea and 95% execution. This is not the time to keep your ideas to yourself. Talk to industry experts that you trust and allow them to 'push back' on your idea. They could also be very helpful in identifying people who can assist you in growing your business.

3) Build Your Team

Evaluate what skills and expertise you bring to the business and then determine your critical gaps in management. This website can assist you in identifying additional team members. Post your idea, location and the expertise you are seeking on our Global Find a Team Tool.
